When to choose dry cleaning
Dry cleaning uses a solvent instead of water, so fibres don’t swell, shrink or release dye. It is the right choice for wool, silk, velvet, structured jackets, embroidered pieces and anything with a “dry clean only” label. Cotton everyday wear is usually better and cheaper with laundry.
What happens at the shop
Every garment is checked before cleaning for stains, loose buttons and weak seams. Stains are pre-treated, the garment is cleaned according to its fabric, then pressed and packed. If we spot a problem — a stain that may not fully come out, a seam about to give way — we message you before going ahead.
Turnaround
Everyday items usually take 24 to 48 hours. If you book pickup in the morning, same-day return is often possible for shirts and trousers; ask when you book. Heavy or delicate pieces take longer.
