Diwali safai is easy for floors and shelves. It’s the fabric items — sofas, curtains, carpets — that are hard to do at home and that guests notice first. Plan them one to two weeks before the festival; demand peaks in the last few days.
Sofa
Vacuum first, including under the cushions. If armrests look darker or there are tea marks, it needs a proper clean: ₹349 per seat, a 3+1+1 set is 5 seats. See sofa cleaning.
Curtains
Curtains facing a road or construction site collect grey dust. Take them down, shake them outside and send them for curtain cleaning (₹149–399 per panel).
Carpets and daris
Carpets are ₹25 per sq.ft. Measure length × width in feet before booking. Daris are ₹299–399. See carpet cleaning.
Cushion covers and festive outfits
Cushion covers are ₹49 each. If you’ll wear a saree or sherwani, book it at the same time — see festive wear cleaning.
